  • Seamless AI integration: If you're using OASIS Online or Hybrid, you'll notice a new ChatGPT option that lets you send parts of your job to the AI and instantly get recommendations.
  • Effortless BOM creation: Upload PDFs directly into OASIS, and your BOM will auto-populate, reducing data entry and formatting time.

Desktop Tips: Carrying Over Note Lines

Did you know that a regular note will not carry from the quote to an order but, if you put a vendor on the note line, that note will now also be added to the associated order when you create your POs from a project?


OASIS Notifications: New Collections Process

In order to make sure that your team is aware before a service gets turned off, users will now get a pop-up notification letting them know when a shut off is a pending!


What to do if you get this notification when you weren't expecting it?

  • Make sure that we have the correct billing contact for your service
  • Check any outstanding invoices your group may have with us
  • Give us a call and check in on your current status
