Enjoy some of the best plant-based food Michigan has to offer. There will be 40 vendors, including restaurants, food trucks, caterers, specialty items, shopping, and nonprofits. Enjoy informative talks and cooking demonstrations throughout the day. Kelly Wilson, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist from Trinity Health, along with other presenters, will share insights and tips for adding more plant-based meals to your life. The good times just keep on coming. Add VegMichigan's Fall Food and Fun Night to your calendar. We are going to have some great food, fun games, and music at one of our favorite locations, downtown Farmington's Riley Park. While it is not all vegan, there are many vegan recipes and recipes with suggestions for how to modify them to be completely plant-based. Many of the plant-based tips were provided by VegMichigan (many thanks to volunteers Val, Nicola, and Maryann for helping to provide those tips).
