8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Gather those unwanted items, place them on your front lawn or driveway and get ready to earn some extra cash! You do not need to pre-register for the event.

Please be sure to follow the community guidelines listed below during the garage sale:

Garage sale must take place on Saturday, October 4th only.

Garage sale will run from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm only.

You may use your own yard/garage sale signs. However, they must be disposed of immediately following the event.

Please comply with current trash regulations.

Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 8:30am

$12 per class/$120 month unlimited

at the Amelia Walk Clubhouse. The meeting agenda and supporting documents will be posted at ameliawalkcdd.com, under Public Records, approximately one week prior to the meeting.

The Board of Supervisors of the Amelia Walk Community Development District will hold their regular meetings for the Fiscal Year 2025/2026 at the Amelia Walk Amenity Center, 85287 Majestic Walk Boulevard, Fernandina Beach, Florida 32034, on the third Tuesday of each month, unless otherwise indicated, as follows:

October 21, 2025 at 6:00 p.m.

November 18, 2025 at 2:00 p.m.

December 16, 2025 at 2:00 p.m.

January 20, 2026 at 6:00 p.m.

February 17, 2026 at 2:00 p.m.

March 17, 2026 at 2:00 p.m.
