Gather those unwanted items, place them on your front lawn or driveway and get ready to earn some extra cash! You do not need to pre-register for the event.

Please be sure to follow the community guidelines listed below during the garage sale:

Garage sale must take place on Saturday, October 5th only.

Garage sale will run from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm only.

You may use your own yard/garage sale signs. However, they must be disposed of immediately following the event.

Please comply with current trash regulations.

The Board of Supervisors of the Amelia Walk Community Development District will hold their regular meetings for the Fiscal Year 2024/2025 at the Amelia Walk Amenity Center, 85287 Majestic Walk Boulevard, Fernandina Beach, Florida 32034, on the third Tuesday of each month, unless otherwise indicated, as follows:
