Denise Lafer's work is currently on view in a solo exhibition at Smith Hill Tavern from August 5th through September. The exhibition will be on view during restaurant hours.

Plein Air Event

Last month a few of our members enjoyed a wonderful day of plein air painting together. The weather was perfect and so was the company! This is just one of the many types of events that we participate in together as a chapter.

MEMBER NEWS:

Kristi DiSalle

Kristi DiSalle was selected to be one of the ArtsWorcester 2026 Material Needs grant recipients. The exhibition for all work created with these grants will be held on September 9, 6-8pm at ArtsWorcester gallery - 44 Portland St. Worcester, MA.

Joanne Stowell

Joanne's solo exhibition, Being Human, will be on view at Creative Connections Gallery September 5 through October. This exhibition includes pieces from both her Beautiful Mundanity and Leftovers series.

Reception: Saturday, September 5, 1-3pm.

The Village Art Show now has a permanent spot inside the Boulder Gallery since the Fall of 2025. The Boulder Art Gallery is located at 960 Main St, Fitchburg, MA. These art exhibits happen every other month to enhance the art and music community. Sometimes poetry is used with the theme of the show. If you are an artist, musician, or poet who is interested in participating please contact Iphie Burg for more info.
