News and Activities
International Baking Industry Expo (IBIE)
Several Bakery Science and Management students attended IBIE in Las Vegas, Nevada. We want to thank our friends at the American Bakers Association (ABA ) and the Bakery Equipment Manufacturers Allieds (BEMA ) for their support in getting our students to an event that provides great networking and educational opportunities. The IBIE Immersion Program also offered an in-depth experience for those involved in it.

We would also like to thank Turano Bakery for giving the students a tour of their Las Vegas production facility.
