We are so excited for our 4th Annual Bingo Bash that we decided to bring BINGO to our adult day program participants! What a fun morning it was welcoming volunteers to play with some of our participants. Everyone had a blast!

Only a few tables are left for our 4th Annual Bingo Bash!

Chaired by Tracy and Phil Jones and with Emcees Briana Conner and Adam Winkler of ABC13, this highly anticipated event is one you won't want to miss! Adding to the excitement of playing seven rounds of Bingo, all guests have a chance to win fun prizes throughout the evening, along with an opportunity to bid on and win fabulous auction items curated by our auction chair, Stacie Williamson!

Run for a Reason with Avondale House!

Are you interested in participating in the Chevron Houston Marathon, Aramco Houston Half Marathon or the We Are Houston 5K in 2024? Registration is now open. The marathon weekend of events is happening on January 13 and 14, 2024. We'd love to have you on our team, and for you to make your miles matter!

Warm up for RFAR by participating in Alex's 5K!

Support Avondale House and individuals with autism by participating in Alex's 5K and Kids' K, happening on November 4, 2023! This sweet race celebrates and honors the life of Alex Jamrich. His amazing parents and friends host this event every year and raise much needed funds for Avondale House and other organizations that support individuals with autism.

Bike to the Beach, the ride from Houston to Galveston, TX in support of individuals with autism and disABILITIES is just over a month away! If you aren't able to ride this year, consider supporting our team with a donation, and help us reach our goal of $10,000! We are so proud of our dedicated team members.

Congratulations to our July and August Team Members of the Month, Alex and Jeanice!

Alex was our July Team Member of the Month. Alex works in the day school as a teacher's assistant and is a crucial part of our team! "Alex is so supportive and dedicated to her students. She is always thinking of ways to help the students be their personal best" her colleagues say. "The care and joy Alex brings to the class are like rays of sunshine, beautiful, bright and warm!" We are grateful for her heart for our students!

Jeanice was our August Team Member of the Month! She is a teacher in the day school, and makes such an impact on her students. "She is the glue every student needs! She takes pieces of each student and tailors the classroom around their needs. It is a wonderful sign to see her colleague says. "Jeanice has such an encouraging and positive attitude. She plans new and engaging activities to keep her students involved." We are so thankful for her ambition and dedication to serving her students.
