Well, we made it through another busy season on the Outer Banks! The weather was pretty mild, but it does seem as if a big storm (Lee) is barrelling right toward us. Prayers that it stays the course to make a big right turn and stay out to sea.

You know there is a lot of bad press I've seen recently about real estate agents. Yikes, it's brutal in some comments. When things are as volatile as they are right now, I get it, someone has to get thrown under the bus. I do pride myself on being as transparent as possible with my clients on exactly what is best for them with the information I have available. There are times when a certain market just isn't right for people. This month, I lay out the raw truth about our market here.

Insurance Update

Thank you to everyone who took the time to write in during the comment period. This matter has been set for a hearing in April 2024. I also personally spoke to our Lt. Governor Mark Robinson and state Senator Norm Sanderson at an event recently, and they both agreed to rally support to stop this as well. Here is the latest article.
