Careers, Conflict Resolution, and Peacebuilding
Hope your fall endeavors are going well! Today in DC we are having the first taste of fall with temps in the low 70s and rain!
Since my last newsletter I've had a chance to work with students at
Allegany College of Maryland
through the Forage Center, attend a
Peace Corps career fair,
and present at the
Association for Conflict Resolution conference
in Tucson, AZ.
This week I will be at the
Alliance for Peacebuilding's PeaceCon 2019
in DC and the NCAC Fulbright Association reception. Later in October I will be attending and participating in a career program at the
Fulbright Association's annual conference
in DC. Hope to see you at some of these events.
Recently, I've published in
as well as the
Fulbright Association's Edge
on careers. Both pieces look at networking and leveraging an international experience.
I'm honored to join the board of
National Capital Area Chapter of the Fulbright Association
(NCAC) for a 2-year term.
I'm currently planning my fall travel and programs. If you are interested in a visit to hold a workshop on careers or conflict resolution,
let me know
