Monthly Focus
Positive Behavior Support
This month's newsletter focus is on Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports, also known as PBIS.

Behaviors - just like reading, math or any other subjects - must be introduced, modeled, and reinforced in order to ensure learners can acquire and generalize those skills.

In this newsletter, you'll be introduced to some basic tenets of PBIS implementation, dive into some simple PBIS to add to your instructional repertoire, and view a teacher who's taken her school's PBIS mission to heart.

Happy exploring!
