September Memory Verse

This year we are adding monthly memory verses for our elementary aged children!

For September, our memory verse is Genesis 1:27 ESV "So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him: male and female he created them."

Practice this at home and when you have it memorize, be sure to tell Mrs. Camille!!

RBC Kids Goals

RBC Kids Goals: a way to partner with us in discipling your children. As we move into this new year, I want to share with you some of the goals we have for your children. These goals correspond to their age/grade and list the things we hope your kids learn, know, and can do before they move into the youth group in 6th grade. This list is by no means exhaustive, and you can find these items and more listed in the Bible Skills for Kids booklet that everyone received at the end of year celebration or child dedication. If you do not have your copy, or would like a new one, please email me or stop by my office. I am working on making grade specific handouts to help narrow the goals down for you.

An exciting part of these goals: Backpack Charms! Each child will receive a corresponding backpack charm for each goal completed and verse memorized. They can add these to their backpack tags!
