Subaru National Business Conference — September 21 - 24, 2021
Subaru's National Business Conference is next week. If you're heading to Anaheim, make sure your itinerary includes a stop at our booth. Holmgren Subaru Team Cleans Up Connecticut
From city-wide to statewide, the Holmgren Subaru team helps clean up Connecticut. Last April, six staff members came in early on a Saturday to join a local cleanup event in Franklin, CT. Cleanup locations included roadsides and business frontages.

This fall Holmgren and other Connecticut retailers will participate in Connecticut Cleanup – Cleaning the Waterways of Connecticut, an annual statewide trash pickup event. This is Holmgren Subaru’s third year participating, and its teams have included staff volunteers, as well as family members and customers. See photos from Holmgren's 2020 event.

Reduce Energy Use: Keep HVAC Systems Running Efficiently
The average commercial building can waste 30 percent of its energy use. Keep HVAC equipment running efficiently, and you use less power. Just like other equipment in your dealership, preventative maintenance (PM) on your HVAC system can help your business avoid costly mechanical repairs and lost time while also extending machinery life.

How much of an impact does PM have on your bottom line? According to the Indoor Air Quality Association, proper HVAC maintenance can reduce the risk of equipment breakdown by as much as 95 percent.

Sealing ducts and replacing filters are common practices that yield higher efficiency, but regular HVAC maintenance goes deeper and is often needed to meet warranty requirements. Check with your HVAC professional for a recommended schedule.
