September Teen Events
Teen Gaming
Saturday, September 7
1-3pm
Join us for an afternoon of gaming at the Library. We'll have our WiiU ready with Super Smash Bros and our Nintendo Switch for you to try. Video games not your thing? Why not bring your friends and try a new board game?

This free program is for teens in grades 6-12. Sign up not required.
Dungeons & Dragons
Friday, September 13
5-9pm
Join us for an evening of D&D. This event, run by teens for teens, is great for beginners or seasoned players. Teens are encouraged to bring their own character sheets, dice and Player's Handbook with them, but there will also be additional copies to use at the event. If you don't know how to play - don't worry, this group will help you get set up.

Since this is a teen-run event, if we do not have enough DMs (Dungeon Masters) by 5:30pm the event will be cancelled.

Pizza and snacks will be provided. This free event is for teens in grades 6-12.
Teen Crafternoon: Diamond Painting
Saturday, September 21
1-3pm
Create your own dazzling craft with this Diamond Art kit. It's like paint-by-number, but with sparkling "diamonds!" You'll learn the technique on how to place your faceted diamonds on the printed fabric to make your own 8x8 inch shimmering tapestry. Once completed you can use it to decorate walls, bags, pillows and more!

This free program is for teens in grades 6-12. All supplies will be provided including fabric piece, gems, stylus, craft tray, wax and grip. A selection of designs will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. We will most likely not finish the entire design during the event, but the supplies will be yours to take home.
September is Library Card Sign-Up Month!
Now's the time to get your own Library card if you don't already have one!

Have a card but lost it? Stop by the Library for a free replacement card (normally $1).

Plus be on the lookout for us during lunch at GHS - we're planning a visit to issue or replace cards and we'll have some fun giveaways!
Teen Summer Survey
Let your voice be heard by taking this short survey to help serve teens better! You'll be entered to win a $25 gift card!
