You don’t want to miss our 40^th Anniversary Gala – October 21 at Sinclair Conference Center! This is our biggest event of the year and it’s going to be such an exciting evening! Hope you can join us.

40 years of ministry has been worth it, but the fight isn’t over! There are more babies to save, women and families to serve, and gospel seeds to be sown. We must not grow weary in doing good (Gal. 6:9).

Since the Gala falls in the first quarter of our fiscal year, we depend on this fundraiser to bring in 40% of our operating revenue. Please consider how you can support the 2022 Gala:

Volunteer: We need volunteers for this big event! If you’re interested in serving as a volunteer, contact Kim at kim.merritt@womenscenter.org.
Sponsor or host: If you would like to sponsor the Gala or are willing to serve as a table host, contact jeni.newman@womenscenter.org.
Attend: Purchase individual tickets to attend the event!
Pray: Ask God for preparations to go smoothly, the $480,000 goal to be met, and the event to bring Him glory!
Give: If you can’t attend, we appreciate your regrets gift toward this major fundraiser.

Volunteer & Staff In-Service

All staff and volunteers are encouraged to attend this in-service opportunity. Topics of discussion include: Post-Roe Operations, New Marketing Strategies, Reaching Gen Z.

Client Advocates Needed!

We are currently in need of female and male volunteers who would like to serve as Client Advocates at our North Dayton and Huber Heights Centers. If you are interested in volunteering in these areas, please contact Kim.Merritt@womenscenter.org.

Join the First Fruits Committee

If you would like to be part of a small group of staff and volunteers that help to plan our First Fruits Celebration, we would like to hear from you! We will begin meeting this fall to plan for the January celebration. Please contact Kim.Merritt@womenscenter.org if you're interested in helping.

Volunteer & Staff Orientation

Saturday, October 1st

9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Kettering Multipurpose Room

Orientation will be conducted at the Kettering Center located at 2345 West Stroop Road, Kettering, OH 45439.

You must have all paperwork submitted and requirements met by September 9th in order to attend.

The Student Outreach department of the Miami Valley Women's Center is looking for volunteers for our programs!

Want to impact the lives of students in our community? Currently, we are looking for volunteers in these programs:

GIFT - 8th grade girls group.
TEAM - 8th grade boys group.

These groups are mentoring groups that cover topics such as healthy relationships, preventative sex education, and character development. The commitment is one hour a week and we provide fun snacks for you to give out! Curriculum is provided as well.
