Wellsville Chamber of Commerce Mission Statement:
“To improve business opportunity and build a better community”

Meet our new Chamber VP

Albert Gonzalez earned dual bachelor’s degrees in business administration and marketing & management from Missouri Southern State University in Joplin, Missouri, in 1991.

With over 25 years of leadership experience in the transportation industry, Albert currently serves as the Outbound Transportation Manager for The Hershey Company, where he oversees key logistics operations nationwide that drive efficiency and customer satisfaction. In addition to his corporate role, Albert is the Co-Owner and Office Manager of Restored Youth LLC, a wellness practice with locations in Leawood and Wellsville, Kansas.

Albert has lived in Wellsville, Kansas, for the past 25 years, where he and his wife, Kelly, raised their three daughters. Outside of work, Albert and Kelly enjoy gardening, traveling, listening to live music, and spending time with their seven grandchildren, family and friends. They also maintain an active, sustainable hobby farm, which keeps them engaged in the simple joys of country living.

Wellsville Chamber Sign Program

If you would like to advertise to the thousands of cars passing by our billboard on Highway 33 each day, we can help produce and display a banner designed just for your business. This Chamber sign is especially important to your business if you are a business located somewhere other than on 33 highway. Many people who live outside Wellsville or are coming off the highway to stop at Bert's or Casey's don't know what other businesses Wellsville has to offer. They might make it a point to use your services each time they are in town if they only knew where you were!

We have filled all our spots through 9/1/25! Thank you all for your support!

Congratulations to our OPAA! Food Service Team! Also, the 2025-2026 calendar can be accessed on the district website or school app. Please note that Spring Parent Teacher Conferences at the elementary will take place in March, where in previous years they have been in February. This was done in an effort to avoid snow, ice, etc. that has impacted conferences over the past few years. In an effort to increase district communications, we are now publishing monthly board meeting highlights. These documents provide highlights and information in a summary format for those not able to attend the meeting in person. The meeting minutes are still available as well via the district website.
