Welcoming our new 211 Program Director

Please join us in welcoming Allison Cahill to UW Valleys as our new 211 Director! Originally from Iowa, Allison graduated from Iowa State University and brings a background in social services, with experience working with people of all ages and abilities.

In her new role, Allison is looking forward to expanding the network of information available through 211 and connecting with people throughout the Valleys. Outside of work, she enjoys knitting, crocheting, reading, and spending time with her family and dog at the lake.

United Way Months

September & October Are United Way Months in Wisconsin

Governor Tony Evers has proclaimed September and October as United Way Months in Wisconsin, recognizing the work United Ways and their partners do to strengthen communities across the state.

Here at UW Valleys, that work happens every day through programs like 211, the Diaper Bank, the John Coughlin Hope Fund, and community initiatives that bring people and resources together.

This month, we invite you to be part of that work. Volunteer, give, learn about our programs, or share our mission with someone in your community.
