Porch Sittin', Wine Sippin', Country Trippin' Fun!

The kids are back in school and there is a slight coolness in the air at night. Okay.....maybe that's just wishful thinking on our part, but Fall is just around the corner and we hope your September plans include a visit to The Duck!

Our summer hours have ended and our normal hours have resumed - Fridays from 4 to 8 PM, Saturdays and Sundays from Noon to 6 PM. Come on out, grab a glass of your favorite Whistling Duck Wine and spend some time visiting with friends on one of our porches. See you soon!

Texas Singer/Songwriter Aubrie Lynn

will be back on the patio for Second Saturday, showcasing her grounded country style of music mixed with a modern twist. Music from 3:00 - 6:00 PM, and we'll stay open until 7:00 PM so you can enjoy the company, the music, the food, and the wine!

Greg Cowart

will be serving his famous Fajitas and all the fixins' from 4 to 6 PM for $10 a plate.

Third Quarter Wine Club Pick-up PARTY

We have a REAL TREAT for our wine club members this quarter. It's a Pizza Party and sensational music you won't want to miss! We'll have complimentary Salad and Pizza for our wine club members from 1 to 4 PM. Come on out, pick up your wine, and enjoy some food and music!

For the first time on the Front Porch at The Duck we have Texas Singer/Songwriter, Frank Martin Gilligan. Frank grew up in NYC, but when he was 19 years old.....he discovered Texas. Frank moved to Beaumont, Texas, in the late 70's, where he immediately formed MASON DIXON, a Texas vocal group that enjoyed a nice run on the charts in the 1980's and 90's. They played with just about everyone who was big in Country music at the time and racked up 13 Billboard chart singles as well.

Frank's "Silver Dollar" CD is his first solo effort, released in 2015 and was very favorably received by independent radio. The title song "Silver Dollar" spent 4 weeks at #1 on the Roots Americana Chart and was rated #13 overall for the year!
