10 CSR 20-6.020 – Public Participation, Hearings, and Notice to Governmental Agencies,

10 CSR 20-6.060 – Water Quality Certifications, and

10 CSR 20-6.200 Storm Water Regulations


The Missouri Department of Natural Resources has filed proposed amendments to the rules listed above. The public comment period begins August 15, 2025, and ends September 23, 2025, with a public hearing scheduled for September 16, 2025, at 1 pm.

The public hearing will take place at the Missouri Department of Natural Resources, Lewis and Clark State Office Building, LaCharrette/Nightingale Creek Conference Rooms, 1101 Riverside Drive, Jefferson City, MO with a virtual attendance option offered.
