This year, Disability Voting Rights Week is September 12-16. We are joining in the effort to raise the disability voice and civic participation this election year. Make it Safe for Employees to Disclose Their Disability


According to this Harvard Business Review article, a recent survey found that 76% of employees with disabilities are not fully disclosing their disabilities because they don’t want to risk slower career progression, less meaningful assignments, and even retaliation.
