We are so excited to share that Inter-library loan will resume September 1st.

What is inter-library loan?

If you search the Selwyn Public Library’s collection and don’t find what you are looking for, you can request materials through Inter-library Loan.

Selwyn Public Library is part of the information resource sharing network for Ontario public libraries allowing patrons access to public and academic libraries across the country, the Ontario Archives, and Library and Archives Canada.

There are some restrictions on materials which can be requested. Requests for the following cannot be accepted: reference items, rare books, and new best-sellers.

To request an item through inter-library loan,
please visit your local branch where we will be happy to serve you in person.
