September On The

Central Coast

Creativity is a natural extension of your enthusiasm

— Earl Nightingale

Happy September and autumn to you… as you many have noticed, we took a bit of a hiatus from our fun newsletter and thank you to everyone who reached out to check up on us. It’s been a full last few months which were kicked off by a wonderful vacation to Pennsylvania for my nephew’s college graduation and lots of Civil War history. However, upon my return, bronchitis had decided to come and hang out with me for about 2 months. I made the best of it and enjoyed lots of Civil War films, documentaries and books (recommendations: the North & South miniseries from the 80’s, starring Patrick Swayze and Meade at Gettysburg: A History in Command by renowned historian Kent Masterson Brown).

You may have noticed some big changes around here. I am honored that GUIDE Real Estate, an affiliate of Forbes, chose me, along with several other local realtors, to be part of their expansion into San Luis Obispo County. GUIDE offers a modern and fresh approach to real estate and joining them has elevated my real estate practice to higher levels, allowing my team and I to provide an even higher quality of representation to our clients.

Around here, we had a pretty mild – meaning cool – summer and already, I feel fall in the air. It’s going to be an excellent month ahead with all kind of fabulous events including the iconic Whale Rock Music/Arts Festival and the Creston Rodeo. Be sure to pop by and say howdy, if you find yourself in our neck of these beautiful woods!

May the road rise up to meet you.

May the wind be always at your back.

May the sun shine warm upon your face;

the rains fall soft upon your fields and until we meet again,

may God hold you in the palm of His hand.

Cheers and ta,ta for now,
