I hope this summer you found the time to take a holiday with your kids and the family, or even better with your friends! However, you don't always land home feeling so refreshed or recharged. Know the feeling? In fact sometimes you feel like you need a holiday to recover from the holiday (and the cocktails, the hotel brunch and the late night dinners**)...
So with that in mind I have a variety of retreats in the diary between now and next summer. These are lovingly designed for your enjoyment, and as a means for you to enhance or rekindle your health and wellbeing.
