Dear Residents,
We are writing to provide an update on the ongoing septic-to-sewer construction project in your area. The South Miami Septic-to-Sewer Conversion Project is currently active along SW 85th Street, with our contractor working on corrections to the lateral pipe. During the installation of the lateral pipes the contractor encountered conflicts with existing underground utilities and needed to adjust the lateral pipe installation. The design team and the contractor are working together closely to ensure each element of this project meets the required design standards. We are committed to keeping area residents informed and will continue to provide updates as the project progresses.
