Serenity is licensed for Residential Treatment Center (RTC) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) care levels. Our commitment to clients is that they will receive the treatment they are promised when signing up for a 28-day program. We work with a client’s insurance to step them down to a PHP level of care if RTC cuts out as part of our guarantee. If their insurance cuts off, Serenity covers the cost of room and board so our clients do not have to worry about financial interests as they focus on healing.  We also accept Out-of-Network PPO plans and provide the same guarantee for treatment. Serenity offers one of the lowest self-pay rates in the Denver Metro area, adhering to our motto of providing accessible residential treatment. We currently have 4 beds available for all genders. Our Commitment To Family

Including family in healing is critical to a client's success. That's why Serenity includes weekly family sessions in our program. Due to Covid, most of our family therapy occurs virtually. We hope to return to in-person family therapy once we can assure the safety of all clients in the program.

Increased Insurance Options

We are working with different insurance providers to become an in-network program, making treatment more accessible to everyone. We are in-network with several providers, including Friday Health Plans, Bright Health, Kaiser Permanente, Evernorth (formerly Cigna), and Multi-Plan. Soon, we hope to be in-network with Aetna, Colorado Access, Tri-Care, and Optum. We will keep everyone updated on these additions. COVID-19 Update Currently, Serenity does not require clients to be fully vaccinated to attend our program in an attempt to eliminate barriers to treatment. We do require potential clients to have a negative Covid test within three days of admission and will be retested once they arrive at our facility.
