Junipero Serra High School Newsletter
Junipero Serra High School believes that students of all faiths and backgrounds deserve an academically challenging, spiritually enriching Catholic college preparatory education that forms them to become generous, responsible citizens and leaders

Serra Teacher's.
Serra students continue to outperform in mathematics because of their hard work, family support and the expert use of remote learning by teachers McKinsey Hadley Jr.,  Rob Duffy and Kirk Bertrand.

We have bragged a bit about Serra's teaching staff in prior newsletters.  We were able to observe our faculty during a Zoom training.
Don't think there is a more professional or dedicated teaching staff anywhere.
From Mother Teresa

Thanks to these Alumni and Friends of Serra for their buckets, cups and drops.

Coming soon! Serra's dynamic ASB is hard at work developing a video celebrating Serra's 70th year.
Through the Years.
For Serra's 50th anniversary in 2001, the '01 Yearbook Staff
published a picture of the '61 Homecoming Queen and Court in the El Padre.

'01 Yearbook staff made life easy again. They published pictures from the '71 yearbook including this one of 3 pretty good football players.

And pictured here is Serra's 2001 50th year Homecoming Court.

Note from a parent experience fom last spring. Serra is a valuable Institution.
I drive my daughter to Serra everyday. Of course, she wears her Serra uniform. An LAPD Motorcycle Officer motioned to her to roll her window down. He asked "Do you go to Serra?"

She told him yes she did, the Officer gave her a thumbs up and rode off.
