A Message From Our President
Kind words make a difference to those who hear them and to those who say them. Christ loves and cares for us....can we love and care for others through our words and actions of KINDNESS?
Important Reminder of Upcoming Events to Support the Children in Haiti and to Celebrate Red Ribbon/Spirit Week
Tomorrow,
Friday, October 21, is Donation Non-Uniform Dress day for the children of Haiti. Students may wear non-uniform dress for a minimum $2 donation, which the students will give to their homeroom teachers. All funds will be sent directly to the orphanages we support in Haiti to help the children. Your gift will make a difference in the life of a child.

To kick-off our celebration of Red Ribbon/Spirit Week, October 24 -
October 28, the theme for the first day will be
Pink-Out Day to
support Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
We continue the celebration with different themes/activities throughout the week, culminating with Halloween Accessories Day on Friday October 28.
Please follow the guidelines listed in last week's SerraDIPITY.
CLICK HERE for a full descrip
tion of the activities and spirit attire for each day.
For all Spirit Days, students must abide by our dress code and the spirit attire explanation. Questions regarding Red Ribbon Week/Spirit Week should be addressed to Mr. Corey Overton at [email protected].

2016-2017 Annual Fund Appeal Is Off To a Great Start!
We hope you enjoyed looking through your Annual Fund Report which went home in last weeks Weekly Envelope. We would like to thank all the families who have already generously given to this year's Annual Fund in the first week of the campaign! A very special thank you to the St. Serra faculty and staff! 83% of them have donated to this year's Annual Fund to date and four of them have decided to donate at the Founder's Circle level of giving. Last year we had 100% participation from our faculty and staff and expect the same from them this year.
Parents, can we give the staff a run for their money? Join the Family Challenge! Donate today! It has never been easier as our
online donation form
is now LIVE!
