At their meeting on May 28, 2019 the Board of Directors reviewed possible changes to the Architectural Guidelines.
Numbers of homeowners attended the meeting and gave input to the Board on various aspects of the proposed changes.
After hearing input from owners, the Board determined to (1) adopt the proposed changes as it related to windows and (2) continue discussion and consideration of other changes based on the input provided by the owners.
Below is the official notice which was posted in the common area to meet Civil Code requirements and which as a convenience is being sent to owners via this e-blast.
The Board would like to thank owners for their input and has already commenced further consideration of the other proposed changes. When and if any of those proposed changes are ready for Board action, notice will be provided to the membership.
