Effective January 1, 2018 in conjunction with the new fiscal year budget, monthly assessments increased to $326.00.
Numerous homeowners however have not yet made an adjustment in their payment amount particularly if you are on an
AUTO PAYMENT process through your bank or via Paylease.
If you have not made a change in your payment amount, please take the time to do so now so that you are paying the correct amount and so that you will avoid late charges and interest. After February, 2018, the Association WILL NOT waive late charges and interest on payments made which were not for the new amount.
