I am pleased to announce some exciting changes within our university leadership team. It is with great pride and enthusiasm that I share the new title changes for three esteemed members of our staff, who have demonstrated exceptional dedication and expertise in their respective roles.

Firstly, I am delighted to inform you that Tim McCarry, formerly the Director of Campus Operations, will now assume the role of Associate Vice President of Campus Operations. Tim's extensive experience in managing and enhancing our campus infrastructure, along with his unwavering commitment to providing an optimal environment for our students and staff, makes him the perfect candidate for this elevated position. We have complete confidence that Tim will continue to lead our campus operations with excellence and innovation.

Secondly, I am thrilled to announce that Andrew Briscoe, previously serving as the Construction Manager, will now be recognized as the Associate Vice President of Administration. Andrew has consistently exhibited exceptional leadership skills in overseeing administrative functions critical to the smooth operation of our university. His strategic acumen, strong organizational capabilities, and unwavering dedication to our institution make him an invaluable asset to our administrative team. We are certain that Andrew will continue to excel in his expanded role.
Lastly, I am delighted to share that Dr. John Neese, who has been serving as the Athletic Director, will now assume the title of Associate Vice President for Athletics. Dr. Neese's unparalleled passion for athletics and his commitment to our student-athletes' holistic development have made a lasting impact on our athletic department. His visionary leadership, combined with his deep understanding of the integral role athletics plays in shaping the lives of our students, positions him perfectly for this elevated position. Under Dr. Neese's guidance, we can anticipate continued success and growth within our athletic programs.
