1-1-1 Collection Story, Grace Lutheran, Wyoming, MI
While delegates to the 2018 English District Convention were encouraged to start 1-1-1 in their congregations on the first Sunday in September, a few congregations started earlier because they couldn’t see a reason not to. Grace Lutheran Church in Wyoming, Michigan is one such congregation that started even before the convention! We celebrate their participation in 1-1-1 as “Many doing little does indeed accomplish much.”

Rev. John Diener, Pastor
From Your Ministerial Health Commission
We encourage all of our English District Church Workers and spouses to participant in this opportunity for advancing Church Worker Family Wellness.

Please read the following article found in the Reporter.

Church workers and spouses invited to participate in
online wellness focus groups.
Last year, nearly 1,000 LCMS church workers and their spouses took part in a Synod-wide survey on church-worker well-being. The survey results both highlighted the wellness needs of workers and their families and led to more questions. If you are an LCMS church worker or church-worker spouse, please consider participating in one of the two-hour online focus groups . All workers — pastors, teachers, directors of Christian education, musicians and others — are invited, as are their spouses.
