Love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, and mind
Servant to Servant                                     9-7-2018

The English District has launched a new model for funding missions in which every congregation is invited to participate. It involves every baptized member of the Body of Jesus in your congregation. It shows how much can be accomplished by many, giving little.  Here's the plan: $1/per baptized member/per week.

Construction Zone VBS
Children attending VBS at Hope, Hastings, MN were ready to build their lives according to code. Together they learned God's Word and hammered it home. They were taught how to build a life of character the way that Jesus showed us to do. The VBS kids had activities that allowed them to build on a firm foundation, not with bricks and stone but with challenges and excitement, including Interior Design Center (Bible stories), Hard Hat Area (games), Brown Bag Bistro (snacks), and Do-It-Yourself Crafts. Through hands-on activities kids were challenged to be humble, obedient, faithful, caring, and forgiving following Jesus - the model of perfection.
