A new ministry year is beginning, and we'd love for you to be part of it! Whether you're already serving on a team or exploring where God may be calling you to serve, this night is for you. We'll worship together, celebrate what God has done, cast vision for the year ahead, and connect with one another over snacks and conversation.
If you're already part of a serve team, come be encouraged, refreshed, and ready for the season ahead. If you're looking for a place to serve, a breakout session will help you begin exploring your spiritual gifts and where you might find your place at Hillcrest.

The final stanza (Taw) opens with four great petitions: let my cry come before you, let my plea come before you, let your hand be ready to help me, I have longed for your salvation. This week focuses on the petition and the posture, the psalmist ends 176 verses not with a triumphant declaration but with open hands.

Email SCAM Warning
PLEASE BE ALERT & CAUTIOUS
There have been recent email scams targeting church members by impersonating Hillcrest staff. If you receive an email that appears to be from a staff member or anyone within HCC asking you to take some kind of unusual action like:
+ Click a link or download an attachment you didn’t request
+ Wire money to a specified account
+ Send money to cover funeral expenses
+ Purchase gift cards and reply with the serial numbers
+ Responding to request to contact a pastor or staff regarding a financial transaction
This is a form of an email SCAM known as “phishing” or “whaling.”
Recently we have seen suspicious emails being used to deceive readers. Please do not respond to any suspicious emails. Our staff will never make such requests to anyone. If you have questions, please contact us at info@hillcrestcov.org.

Join as our Annual Celebration moves outside! Beginning at 10:15am, join us for our FREE neighborhood Block Party with inflatables, music, games, and a grilled picnic lunch for everyone. Bring a lawn chair or blanket, invite your friends and neighbors, and come enjoy one of our favorite celebrations of the year.
Serve at the Block Party! Help set up or clean up, supervise inflatables, bring cakes or cookies for the bake walk, run fun games, welcome people at our information booth, and more! Sign up to serve!

UNITE 2027 Gathering for Youth

We’re excited to announce the dates for UNITE 2027! UNITE is the Evangelical Covenant Church’s gathering for high school students from across the country. It’s an unforgettable week filled with powerful worship, biblical teaching, meaningful service, prayer, fun, and opportunities for students to grow deeper in their faith and friendships.
Registration is officially open! Register by January 15 to receive the lowest available price before registration costs increase. We’ve also attached two helpful resources—a Parent Letter and Day in the Life at UNITE—with additional information about the experience. MomCo Connects Moms
REGISTRATION IS OPEN / BEGINS MON SEPT 14 AT 9:30AM
At MomCo (Mom in Community) we gather and support moms. We believe in the simple but revolutionary idea that remarkable things happen when moms come together. MomCo meets twice a month at Hillcrest on Mondays, September '26 through May '27 from 9:30 to 11am, you'll enjoy a hot breakfast (table rotation to bring food), fellowship, guest speakers, crafts/activities, and invaluable time spent with the ladies at your table. At the same time, your children are cared for in complimentary childcare provided by Hillcrest. MomCo is for moms with kids birth through elementary age.
