Reformation will provide Easter dinners to three local agencies: Migrant Ministry of Chester Country, Second Time Around Grandparents, and The Philadelphia Group. Bags are available at the church. We ask that you stop by the front entry of the church to take a bag. Use the shopping list provided. Return your meal bag on Monday, March 22 from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon or from 5:30 to 7:00 pm. All Easter meal bags will be delivered during Holy Week. Monetary donations can be made using the special envelopes attached to each bag. Questions? Contact our Holiday Food Bag coordinators Sally Burkam 610-566-8737 or Linda Lorino 610-325-9918.
Cards4Chester seeks to bring encouragement to 1000 incarcerated men at SCI – Chester, Department of Corrections, Chester PA. Cards4Chester is a letter writing – note card campaign to bring hope to those serving sentences in the challenging and lonely Covid-19 times. The Citizen Corps of Delaware County (CCDC) is in need of medical and non-medical volunteers to help with the COVID-19 vaccination distribution. Click below to learn more and register to volunteer.
You can help Caring for Friends by developing “caring notes” for snack bags. Caring for Friends provides meals for homebound and hungry people in the Philadelphia area. Click below to see the instructions to make "caring notes."
Media Food Bank is receiving donations Monday to Friday from 12 noon - 2 pm. You can take donations of basic food supplies, household supplies, and personal hygiene items directly to the Media Food Bank located at First Church Media. Check their Facebook page each week for lists of most needed items.
