Do you feel as though you have control over most aspects of your life? Does someone else possess that power? Is it someone who should have that power? Is it someone to whom you have given that power?
Being in control of your own life and feeling empowered to make choices that work best for you is an integral part of your individuality as well as your participation in a relationship with someone else.

Service Spotlight: Empowerment
When many of my clients seek guidance from me, they are reaching out for someone to show them the way to take back parts of their life and to feel in control of choices they are making. While they are seeking external validation for some of those choices, they don't realize that internal validation from their very own soul is much more important.
Through exploration of a client's current situation as well as past experiences, I help them take back that control by empowering them. I teach them how to look in the mirror and embrace who they see and respect that individual and the choices they are making. While some of those choices may not be the best ones available, I help my clients to better sort out and determine what will be the best choices until eventually they come in for a session and are able to make their own decisions without my help. What a great reward that unfolds before my very eyes. Many times they are amazed at how that skill has changed their life.
So if you need help feeling empowered in your life, give me a call and I would be happy to help you take back control of your life.
