Services Update
Library Resources & Virtual Programs
11/29 - 12/5
Thank you to our patrons and community for continuing to support a safe and pleasant environment while visiting us! We look forward to continuing to serve you both inside the Library and via curbside services, and we thank you for your patience as we work to gradually reintroduce our services in a safe and responsible manner.

Although we are thrilled to have our members back in the building, remember that we are enforcing new "Pop In & Pick Up" procedures to safeguard the health of our community. All items will continue to be quarantined for at least 72 hours upon return, and overdue fines will continue to be waived until further notice.

NaNoWriMo TGIO
Writers' Group via Zoom

Thursday, December 3, 2020
7:00pm - 8:30pm

November is National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo), an international event when would-be authors, writing hobbyists, and prolific scribblers join an online community of like-minded folks to challenge themselves to write a 50K word first draft of a novel in 30 days.

Join this week's Writers' Group to discuss how NaNoWriMo went for you and where you'll take your novel from here!
Operation Santa

The Library is once again partnering with the Merrimack Lioness Club to bring Operation Santa to our community! Out of caution for everyone's safety, this year the Lionesses are asking for cash and gift card donations in lieu of "adopting" a family and buying specific gifts.

Please send donations via mail or email by this Friday, December 5th.
Title of the Week

The Border of Paradise
by Esmé Weijun Wang

"This title was an absolute page-turner for me; I found myself whizzing through this in a single day regardless of the intense content. The Border of Paradise is a startlingly detailed portrait of how severe mental illness, when left unchecked, can unravel the intricate threads that bind family together."
