-
How did you get where you are today in Aviation? Patience, hard work and consistency by always giving and doing more then expected. Never ever accepting mediocrity in aviation.
-
What are the biggest challenges facing our industry? Keeping and retaining top leadership talent within the business aviation industry. Very little succession planning is going on within aviation departments due to the rapid turnover and the demand for qualified aviation talent by the major airlines.
-
What are the biggest obstacles to career growth in our industry? Trying to slowdown the aviation youth to take a look at the wonderful world of business aviation. As leaders it's our responsibility to plant the seed of future business aviators and technicians. This can be done by reaching out and educating high schools and universities with externships and internships. Also, as mentioned above, the whole aviation industry is pulling from a single pool of pilots. We must get salaries to be competitive while maintaining a great quality of life for a great attractive career in business aviation.
