Like many businesses in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, we’ve done some pivoting, redesigning our programs to include virtual and online delivery options. But we’ve also doubled down on who we are –
An Organizational and People Development Company.
HUMAN FACTORS is always an inextricable part of the safety and service culture that is the hallmark of business aviation.
So we started free, weekly COFFEE CHATS to connect people in our industry, giving them a chance to network and share experiences and best practices with each other.
Given the importance of HUMAN FACTORS, especially in times of crisis or change, we created new offerings like Change Management and Managing Remote Teams.
And, as live events continue to cancel, we are partnering with NBAA to produce an On Demand PDP to make personal and organizational development still possible.
