Product Order Portal freeze in effect; training next week
The product order portal freeze is now in effect until May 2. While this presents a potential inconvenience, it is a necessary step to allow the physical transition of our inventory from Memphis to Nashville. We will begin accepting product orders in the new system beginning May 3. Curious about what the order portal looks like? You should have received an invitation to join a training session next week (April 27-29) when you’ll have the chance to see the portal and ask questions. If you did not receive the training session invites, please send an email to ServiceMasterBrands@servicemaster.com.
