Each quarter CVS/Caremark publishes updates to drug formulary lists. The second quarter 2026 formulary updates are linked below for your reference.

Preventative Drug List - HDHP


No changes were made to the ACA Preventative Drug List or to the Preventative Drug List for second quarter 2026.

Updated formulary lists are also stored in PlanSource. Please reach out to a Servicecorp Team member at cubenefits@servicecorp.com with formulary drug list questions. 

PlanSource Approved Integration Payroll Vendors


Each year, Servicecorp receives inquiries from credit unions regarding which payroll providers support data integration with PlanSource. PlanSource has recently updated its list of approved payroll vendors, and we are pleased to share this information with all Consortium members.


Below is the current list of approved payroll vendors that offer either an API or EDI interface with PlanSource.

There are several types of integrations but the most popular are API or EDI.


What is an API interface?


An API (Application Programming Interface) enables a two-way connection between PlanSource and your payroll vendor, helping to eliminate or reduce the need for manual data entry in both systems. APIs function as real-time messengers, sending requests from one system and delivering responses from another.


Please note that not all payroll vendors support an API integration with PlanSource.


What is an EDI interface?


An EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) is an automated, computer-to-computer exchange of business documents in a standardized electronic format. Like an API, it acts as a messenger between systems; however, EDI exchanges occur on a scheduled basis rather than in real time.

New Servicecorp Website Reminder


On March 13, 2026, Servicecorp launched our new website www.servicecorpgroupbenefits.com.


The Servicecorp website is a new resource for several things. On the new website, you will find a clear overview of who we are, how we offer unique employee benefits to your credit union and its employees, and the trusted partnerships that set our solutions apart.


You can easily request quotes for new coverage options, connect directly with our experienced staff, and access helpful information designed to make planning benefits simple and stress-free.
 

Shared Portal Reminder


The Servicecorp Shared Portal is now available for your use.


If you have not yet received an email invitation to register, please expect to receive one within the next week. Once registered, the portal will provide you with convenient, 24/7 access to important resources, including plan documents, forms, renewal information, and more.


The portal also offers a secure method for uploading documents, making it a reliable alternative for sharing sensitive or HIPAA-protected information.


There are two ways to access the Shared Portal:


  1. Through the new Servicecorp website: https://servicecorpgroupbenefits.com/, click on the customer portal
  2. Go directly to the Shared portal by clicking here: https://servicecorp.sharefile.com/


Please take a moment to complete your registration upon receiving your invitation and be sure to save or bookmark the portal for easy access going forward.

Prior Year FSA - Last Date to Submit Claims


For credit unions offering FSA plans with a grace period, please note that all eligible expenses must be incurred on or before March 15, 2026.


The final deadline to submit claims for the 2025 plan year is April 30, 2026. Claims submitted after this date will not be eligible for reimbursement.
