LiveHealth Online – Virtual Visits | |
Illness never happens at a convenient time, but when you’re not feeling your best, it’s reassuring to know you have flexible options for getting care. Employees of credit unions offering Anthem benefits through the Consortium have 24/7 access to LiveHealth Online as part of their medical coverage.
What is LiveHealth Online? LiveHealth Online lets you have a video visit with a board-certified doctor using your smartphone, tablet or computer with a webcam. No appointments, no driving and no sitting in a waiting room or at an urgent care center. Doctors are available 24/7 to assess your condition and, if needed, they can send a prescription to a local pharmacy based on your location. LiveHealth Online can even be used when you are on vacation.
| | | |
LiveHealth Online can be used for many minor illnesses, such as pink eye, a cold, the flu, a fever, rashes, infections, allergies, sinus infections and other common health concerns. It’s faster, easier and more convenient than a visit to an urgent care center.
With LiveHealth Online, you can connect directly to care from the convenience of home or current location for $59 or less.

2025 FSA Reimbursement deadlines
FSA plans allow members to save use-it-or-lose-it, pre-taxed dollars toward health expenses. Each FSA plan has different reimbursement deadlines.
The Consortium offers 3 different types of FSA accounts:
-
Healthcare FSA – multiple options available to choose from:
-
Level 100 FSA plans – Grace Period Plan
Grace Period Plans (level 100) - If funds are not spent by the end of the plan year (December 31, 2025) participants may continue to incur eligible expenses during the 2 ½ month grace period. Expenses incurred through March 15, 2026, can be applied to remaining 2025 funds. Any balance after this date will be forfeited. Participants have 90 days - until March 31, 2026 - to submit claims.
-
Level 200 FSA plans – Basic Plan
Basic Plans (level 200) – Flexible Spending Account Funds may only be used for eligible expenses incurred during the plan year, which follows the calendar year. Participants have 90 days after the plan year ends to submit eligible 2025 expenses. Any 2025 expenses not submitted by March 31, 2026, will be ineligible, and any remaining funds will be forfeited and returned to the credit union (employer).
-
Level 300 FSA plans – Carryover Plan
$660 Carryover Plans (level 300) - If there are remaining funds left in the flex account at the end of the plan year (December 31, 2025), participants can carry-over up to a max of $660 to their 2026 flex account. The carryover amount will be applied to the 2026 flex account after the 90-day runout period which ends on March 31, 2026. Carry-over funds are used first in the new plan year.
-
Limited Purpose FSA
A Limited Purpose FSA (LPFSA) is a pre-tax benefit account that employees can use to set aside money specifically for eligible dental and vision expenses. Because contributions are made before taxes, employees can lower their taxable income while reserving funds to cover routine or unexpected dental and vision care throughout the year. For a 2025 Limited Purpose Flexible Spending Account (LPFSA), all eligible expenses must be incurred by December 31, 2025. The deadline to submit reimbursement claims for these 2025 expenses is March 31, 2026.
-
Dependent Care FSA
A Dependent Care FSA allows employees to set aside pre-tax dollars to cover eligible dependent care expenses. These may include preschool, summer day camps, before- and after-school programs for children under 13, and adult daycare services. By contributing pre-taxed funds, employees can lower their taxable income while budgeting for necessary care throughout the year. For the 2025 Dependent Care FSA (DCFSA), you must typically incur eligible expenses between January 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025. The deadline to submit claims for reimbursement is March 31, 2026.

EOI updates
By now, all OneAmerica Evidence-Of-Insurability (EOI) tasks from open enrollment should have received a decision and been closed in PlanSource. Based on OneAmerica guidelines, employees have 30 days to complete an Evidence of Insurability (EOI) application after their initial log in to the portal. If the application is not completed and/or submitted within this 30-day window, it will expire.
Once OneAmerica provides their decision (approved, denied, declined), Servicecorp will update the employee's record in PlanSource. If you notice open EOI tasks, when you sign into PlanSource as an Administrator, please reach out to cubenefits@servicecorp.com for assistance in researching the pending EOI tasks.
