Services at 9a & 11a this Sunday, Jan 18

This year we’re going to discover how the “Embassy” of God’s people takes life throughout the Bible as we consider how Grace of Christ can be an Embassy of the Kingdom of God, and can even lead the way in becoming the future of what church can look like going forward.

Last week we saw how Jonah went down in many ways as he ran from God’s call to be an ambassador, and how that was related to his wish that God was the kind of God that liked sacrifices and making deals.

This week we’re going to look at how Jonah is disciplined, his response, and how we can distinguish between discipline and oppression.

Grace of Christ Photo Directory - Last Sunday for Pictures!

Stop by the Garden Room between services this Sunday and have your photo taken. We'll be collecting photos, names, and phone numbers of all our regular attendees (not just members!) for a church photo directory.

If you'd like to submit a photo directly, please email or text your photo, name(s), and phone number(s) to be listed in the directory to pic@yakimagrace.com.

New Office Hours

To better serve afternoon guests, the Main Office of the church will now be open from 8:30am to 3pm on Tue, Wed & Thur. It will also be open with volunteer support Mondays from 9a to noon. The main office will be closed on Fridays, with phones going to voicemail.

Upcoming Celebration of Life

We pray for comfort and peace for all the families who have recently lost loved ones.

We will have a service in the Sanctuary on Saturday, January 31 at 11am to celebrate the life of Ann Fraley who passed away in December.

Library Help Wanted

We are cleaning out our library and preparing to donate books to local thrift stores and book stores in our area. We need small boxes and 1-2 people to help with packing and transporting books. If you can help, please bring boxes to the main office or contact Ericka. Thanks!

GRACE KIDS - 3yrs to 5th Grade

Dismissed from 9am Sunday Worship

Stop by the Family@Grace table in the Garden Room to check in.
Head to the Sanctuary for worship.
Kids will be dismissed to the front of the sanctuary & escorted to classrooms. (Parents are welcome to accompany kids.)
After worship, pick up kids in the gym.
