At first I was like a fish out of water and then found tools in my medicine pouch to create effective and powerful movement of energy as if I had used needles. Using Intention, Meditative states, and Imagining; I work with the qi where it is caught and together we are creating openings and shifts within the energetic field, body to mind to spirit. I am loving this exploration."

Cathy will be offering 60 and 90 minute tele-health sessions on a weekly basis for her existing clients on Tuesdays, beginning on April 28th. Sorry, no new clients at this time. Sessions will be conducted by Zoom meeting (it's easy!) or by telephone if necessary.

Those who can pay the full fee will also be greatly appreciated. Payment will be made after each session via Paypal.

"I am offering 30-60 minute one-on-one video sessions with the goal of helping you ground or move your own qi, settle your heart and pack your proverbial back pack with tools to help you weather these transitions we are moving through. We can also work to address any physical symptoms that may be challenging right now. During these sessions, we will check in on what you are experiencing, offer some practices and teach you either some meditation, use of essential oils or acupressure points that you can use at home to create ease and well being. I am offering these sessions at a discount of $80 for 1 hour or $40 for 30 minutes."
