For Fourth Quarter of 2024

Fourth Quarter 2024 Highlights
- Diluted earnings per share of $1.19 for the quarter.
- Diluted earnings per share increased 8% from the third quarter of 2024, and 31% from the year-ago quarter on an adjusted basis*.
- Net interest margin increased 12 basis points from the third quarter of 2024.
- Net interest income increased by $8.0 million, or 28% annualized, during the quarter.
- Deposits grew by $397 million, or 12% annualized, during the quarter.
- Loans grew by $268 million, or 9% annualized, during the quarter.
- Cash dividend increased from $0.30 to $0.335 per share, a 12% increase.
- Book value per share of $29.63, up 12.0% from the fourth quarter of 2023 and 11.6% annualized, from the third quarter of 2024.
- Liquidity remains solid with $2.4 billion in cash on hand and no FHLB advances or brokered deposits.
- Consolidated common equity tier 1 capital to risk-weighted assets increased from 10.91% to 11.42% year-over-year.
- Credit quality continues to be strong with non-performing assets to total assets of 0.26%.

ServisFirst Bank Strengthens Tennessee Presence with Opening of Memphis Office | |
ServisFirst Bank is proud to announce the opening of its second office location in Tennessee, located in Memphis. This new office marks a significant milestone in ServisFirst Bank’s expansion in the Tennessee market, providing accessible and personalized financial services to the Memphis community.
ServisFirst Bank Memphis began as a loan production office in March 2024 and is thrilled to officially open its new permanent location this December. The new office is located at 5384 Poplar Avenue, Suite 200, Memphis, TN 38119, and will include a drive-thru and 24-hour ATM. The Memphis team will consist of 12 employees, offering full commercial and private banking services, retail banking, and treasury management expertise.

Additionally, Coers Adams joined as Vice President, Commercial Banking, Harriette Stevens as Vice President, Private Banking and Regional Branch Manager, and Bill Sternberger as Assistant Vice President, Private Banking Officer. Megan Latta also joined as Treasury of Management Sales, and Trudy Griffin as Commercial Client Relationship Associate.

Since joining ServisFirst Bank in 2019 as Executive Vice President and Senior Commercial Banker, his career has been marked by a strong commitment to local businesses and professionals.

Allen Dye and Cameron Ricks Honored by Business Alabama Rising Stars in Banking 2024 | |
ServisFirst Bank congratulates Allen Dye and Cameron Ricks for their recognition as two of Alabama's Rising Stars of Banking.
Allen Dye serves as first vice president, commercial banking, for ServisFirst Bank in Birmingham. Dye began his decade-long tenure at ServisFirst in the residential mortgage department and has since worked within the commercial banking team. Dye graduated from the University of Alabama, where he obtained his bachelor’s and master’s degrees and currently serves as the University of Alabama’s A-Club President, an organization of former letterwinners. In his free time, Dye enjoys being the head coach for Full Count Ministries in Vestavia Hills, hunting, spending time with his family and playing golf. Dye lives in Birmingham with his wife, Paige, and their two children.
Cameron Ricks is first vice president of commercial banking at ServisFirst Bank. A graduate of the University of North Alabama, he holds a degree in political science, but he has a decade of experience in the banking industry. Ricks is treasurer for the Birmingham Sunrise Rotary Club and holds key positions in the American Legion Alabama Boys State and the Alabama Youth Sports Alliance. He’s on the board of the Alabama Sports Council and is a member of the 2024 freshman class of the Birmingham Monday Morning Quarterback Club. Ricks is active in his church, roots for Alabama football and likes to play golf and travel.
