For Second Quarter of 2023

Second Quarter 2023 Highlights
- Net income of $53.5 million, or $0.98 per share.
- Deposits grew $672.9 million on a linked-quarter basis, or 23.2% annualized.
- Loans grew $987.6 million, or 9.3%, year-over-year.
- Strong liquidity and significant available liquidity sources with no FHLB advances and no brokered deposits.
- Consolidated Common Equity Tier 1 capital to risk-weighted asset increased from 9.64% to 10.37% year-over-year.
- Bank level Tier 1 capital to average assets increased from 8.60% to 10.25% year-over-year.
- An increase of 20% in new accounts opened year-over-year.
- Book value per share increased 12% year-over-year.

American Banker names ServisFirst Bancshares Inc. third among top publicly traded banks between $10 billion and $50 billion in assets in 2022

ServisFirst Bank is pleased to announce we have ranked third in the top publicly traded banks with between $10 billion to $50 billion in assets, based on year-end 2022 data. Consulting firm Capital Performance Group partners with American Banker to compile the annual ranking, and this is the second year in a row that ServisFirst Bancshares has achieved the third-place ranking.

ServisFirst Bank Adds to Board of Directors
|
|
This spring, ServisFirst Bank named Betsy Bugg Holloway, Ph.D. to its board of directors. Dr. Holloway is vice president for advancement and marketing for Samford University, leading all of its marketing, branding and philanthropic initiatives.
Dr. Holloway has held various faculty positions with Samford and has been a visiting professor at Kiev Business School, the University of Jordan and the Beijing Institute of Technology. Dr. Holloway is also on the board of directors and executive committee and chair of the nominating committee of Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Alabama and Founders Advisors’ board of advisors, among other boards across the state. She is past president of the Rotary Club of Birmingham, Omicron Delta Kappa national leadership honor society and the Public Affairs Research Council of Alabama.
She is a trustee for the Alabama Symphony Orchestra Endowment, the IPC Foundation and the Charles and Estelle Campbell Foundation. And she was a founding board member and former chair of Scholarships for Kids. She is a graduate of Leadership Birmingham and Leadership Alabama and was the 2011 Aspen Institute Ideas Festival Scholar.

ServisFirst Bank Celebrates its First Panama City Location
|
|
ServisFirst Bank commemorated its expansion into Panama City, Florida with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Thursday, January 26, 2023.
Bryan Taylor, ServisFirst Community Development Officer, led the ceremony as key spokesperson which took place on the sixth floor of The Chapman Building, 1022 West 23rd Street, Suite 600, Panama City, FL 32405. The Bay County Chamber of Commerce and Panama City Beach Chamber of Commerce
both attended the ceremony.
“We are excited to introduce our new location in Panama City,” stated Steve Aase, ServisFirst Bank Panama City Market President. “Our dedicated employees are ready to serve the community of Bay County and the surrounding areas and showcase the commitment we have for our clients.”
ServisFirst Bank continues to successfully expand by utilizing their extensive experience and commitment to their clients. This is Panama City’s first ServisFirst Bank location, and their overall 9th banking location in Florida.

ServisFirst Bank announces the expansion of the Correspondent Banking Division into Texas. Founded in 2011, ServisFirst Bank’s Correspondent Banking Division currently operates in 27 states for 344 correspondent bank customers. Veteran banker, Don Dickerson will serve as Senior Vice President, Correspondent Banking for the Texas region.

ServisFirst Bank Announces Expansion in Virginia

ServisFirst Bank opened its first location in Virginia on April 24, 2023.
The new office is located at 4505 Columbus Street, Six Columbus Center, Suite 100, Virginia Beach, Virginia 23462. This marks ServisFirst Bank’s 30th location across seven states in the United States.
ServisFirst Bank Virginia has a trustworthy and skilled team of bankers led by Mike Jakubowski and Bobby Fox. Jakubowski serves as Market President of ServisFirst Bank Virginia and Fox serves as Senior Vice President, Senior Commercial Banker.

Tallahassee native Caitlin Yancey Moore will serve as Vice President, Mortgage Production Manager. Lori Rawlings, Sheila Rogers, and Nick Hague are joining the team as Vice President, Mortgage Loan Officers. Stephanie Colley joins the team as Mortgage Loan Assistant, Sheila Chatman as Mortgage Loan Processor,
and Calob Cook as Mortgage Loan Closer.
