ServisFirst Bancshares, Inc. Announces

Two-for-One Stock Split

ServisFirst Bancshares, Inc., (NYSE: SFBS), the holding company for ServisFirst Bank, has announced that its Board of Directors declared a two-for-one common stock split in the form of a stock dividend. The stock dividend will be payable August 20, 2026, to stockholders of record as of August 5, 2026. Holders of ServisFirst Bank’s common stock as of the record date will receive one additional share for every share held on the record date of August 5, 2026. 


As a result of the stock split, the total number of shares of common stock outstanding will increase from approximately 54.7 million to approximately 109.3 million. The additional shares of common stock are expected to be distributed on or about August 20, 2026 by ServisFirst Bank’s transfer agent, Computershare, and begin trading on a post-split basis on or about August 21, 2026.

Second Quarter 2026 Highlights


  • Diluted earnings per share of $1.57 for the quarter, up 40% from the second quarter of 2025, and up 30% from adjusted diluted earnings per share in the second quarter of 2025*.
  • Net interest margin of 3.63%, up 10 basis points from the first quarter of 2026 and up 53 basis points from the second quarter of 2025.
  • Loans grew $533 million, or 15% annualized, during the quarter.
  • Book value per share of $36.19, up 14.8% year-over-year.
  • Liquidity remains strong with $1.46 billion in cash and cash equivalents, equaling 8% of our total assets, and no FHLB advances or brokered deposits. 
  • Consolidated common equity tier 1 capital to risk-weighted assets increased from 11.38% in the second quarter of 2025 to 11.83% in the second quarter of 2026. 
  • Return on average common stockholders’ equity* increased from 15.68% to 17.71% year-over-year.

ServisFirst Bank Hosts SBA Roundtable to

Advance Small Business Access to Capital

ServisFirst Bank was honored to host a roundtable discussion in partnership with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), bringing together representatives from 12 financial institutions to discuss strategies for expanding access to capital for small businesses across the country.


Held June 16, 2026, at ServisFirst Bank's headquarters in Birmingham, the roundtable provided an opportunity for banking leaders and SBA officials to exchange ideas on strengthening SBA lending programs and identifying opportunities to improve the effectiveness and reach of these initiatives. Discussions centered on enhancing access to capital, streamlining lending processes and supporting the continued growth of America's more than 36 million small businesses.

ServisFirst Bank Opens New Panama City Office

ServisFirst Bank celebrates the opening of its new Panama City office, located at 2402 State Avenue, Suite 101, Panama City, FL 32405. The new full-service banking office officially opened on Friday, May 15, further strengthening the Bank’s presence and long-term investment in the Northwest Florida market.
