Third Quarter 2025 Highlights
- Diluted earnings per share of $1.20 for the quarter. Adjusted diluted earnings per share of $1.30, up 18.2% from the third quarter of 2024.
- Net interest margin of 3.09%, up 25 basis points from the third quarter of 2024.
- Loans grew by $973.7 million, or 7.9%, year-over-year.
- Book value per share of $32.62, up 13.3% from the third quarter of 2024 and 13.8% annualized, from the second quarter of 2025.
- Liquidity remains strong with $1.77 billion in cash and cash equivalent assets, 10.1% of our total assets, and no FHLB advances or brokered deposits.
- Consolidated common equity tier 1 capital to risk-weighted assets increased from 11.25% to 11.49% year-over-year.
- 3Q2025 return on average common stockholders’ equity of 14.88%. Adjusted 3Q2025 return on average common stockholders’ equity improved to 16.21% for the third quarter of 2025 compared to 15.68% for the second quarter of 2025 and 15.55% for the third quarter of 2024.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Sameer to our advisory board,” states Andy Kattos, Regional CEO of ServisFirst Bank Huntsville. “He brings a unique perspective from the government contracting industry and technology world, and his deep involvement in Huntsville’s business community makes him a fantastic addition to our team. Sameer Singhal, Advisory Board Member
Singhal is the President and CEO of CFD Research, where he leads the company’s strategic vision and long-term growth. Since joining CFD Research in 2008, he has held a variety of leadership roles before becoming CEO in 2016. Under his guidance, the company has continued to fulfill its mission of transforming cutting-edge R&D into real-world solutions that serve the needs of end users in defense, aerospace, energy, life sciences, and beyond. Prior to CFD Research, Singhal spent seven years at Nitronec Corporation, a venture-backed semiconductor startup in Raleigh, North Carolina, where he helped guide early-stage technologies through to commercial product launch. Singhal holds a Bachelor of Science from Georgia Tech and a Master of Science from Stanford University, both in Materials Science and Engineering. He is the author of more than 30 peer-reviewed publications and holds eight issued patents with another eight pending. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Singhal remains deeply engaged in the Huntsville business community, especially through his involvement in the local Chamber of Commerce, where he served as Board Chair in 2024, and the region’s GovCon ecosystem.
