Georgia Senate 432 State Capitol Atlanta, Georgia 30334 [email protected]
From the Desk of
Senator Ed Harbison
Thursday, March 15, marked the 35th day of the 2018 legislative session. We had a productive week of committee hearings and policy debate as both the House and Senate passed bills now under consideration by Governor Deal. Initiatives for the benefit of our healthcare systems and our military remain as top priorities, as we make our way through the final days of session.
During week ten, I had the pleasure of welcoming many community leaders from our great district! Thank you to the folks in Macon and Marion Counties who took the time to come speak with me about their concerns.
We now head into the eleventh week of session! I will continue to update you through day 40 to keep you informed on major happenings under the Gold Dome. In the meantime, please feel free to contact me anytime. Thank you for allowing me the honor of representing our district interests on Capitol Hill!
