This 501c3 Non-Profit Orginization purchased this old house and is turning it into a place to honor the important metaphysical communications that happened here, and to invite the world to come on over to co-create miracles together.

It’s our birthday! We've been at this for 8 years, and we're remembering the many important milestones that occurred during these "in-between times" of the last week in December. We love to reflect upon the sentimental experiences, ponder the possibilities, and envision even more positivity unfolding in this coming new year. And we're wishing you wonderful new horizons of your own.

Heater Repair Success!

LOVE THIS STORY!

The company that fixed our heaters is a 5 generation family owned business that has serviced this building for nearly 100 years. Get this, the orginal founder, delivered coal to the building when it was heated with a coal stove in the basement. This is what Jane and Rob lived with their whole time here. Then in 1979 it was switiched to the old steam boiler that we just replaced which lasted 45 years.

BUT GET THIS: The current boss of the family business was Jane & Rob's Paperboy in the 1960's and 70's. He told me stories about bringing the papers up to them and how nice they were to him. We shared some very sentimental conversations and I'm looking forward to more.

Here's a picture of Mike who worked tirelessly to build our new Steam Boiler in the Basement. There were unexpected surprises. Old rusty pipes sprang leaks, then an important part that regulates water intake suddenly went defective and turned off the heat just long enough for a pipe in apartment #3 to freeze, bust, and flood. Then we needed to call a plumber to figure that out. But it gets better...

THE PLUMBER we called actually lived at the Seth House in the 1980's with his new wife (still happily married). Turns out the pipe that broke was in the same apartment they lived in. That was a "wow" encounter.

We both marveled over it and he enjoyed seeing these rooms that framed such important times in his life. He turned off the leaky pipes, but we need to have him come back to make more extensive repairs - and that may be pretty pricey - which means we will need to have another fundraiser for this and other things.

Yeah, that's what not-profits do: ask for help, steward important causes, and keep trudging onward. But best of all, we get to meet neat people too.

The Passing of Jim Gilbert and the Gift of the

"Colorado Seth Conference" Collection.

Jim Gilbert was one of the founders and co-creators of the Colorado Seth Conference, an important community gathering that met annually for decades. Jim passed away earlier this year. His wishes were that his beloved collection of Seth memorabilia and recordings from the CSC, and his personal assortment of books and documents would come to live here at the The Seth House... And here it is... and we are blown away... and so grateful.

We thank his wife Loretta Gilbert and friends for all their work and expense to ship these items to us. This collection will always be loved and shared with Seth Readers who will be so enriched by the experience.

Now we've got work to do. We have a roomful of amazing

Seth treasures and we need to display them beautifully.

The plan is to dedicate a nice big room to this collection for visitors to experience and enjoy happy memories of Colorado Seth Conference, an event that was like a family reunion that gave us heartfelt memories of community and love. The Colorado Seth Conference was an inspiration for so many of us. It needs to be honored and their information needs to be shared and preserved.

Many other people have also given gifts in support of the Seth House Museum over the years. We are grateful to be a place that can share this growing collection with you. Thank you to all who entrust these irreplaceable items in our care.

We are dedicated to housing the important and whimsical artifacts and documents and artwork of Seth-Jane-Rob and to pay homage to the vital and important events that occurred here. We are a Seth Museum, meeting place, educational and research library, and so much more. This is all in service to the people who will be enriched by this information.

We need to ask for your help with

some important new projects and

much-needed assistance.

• $2,000 owed to the Utility Company. We have 10 meters in the building because it used to be an apartment building with separate meters. We get 10 bills a month and pay just enough to the ones that say they will shut us off if we don't. I would like to have the Gas & Electric Company paid off, and put it all on auto-pay so we can get ahead and I don't have to juggle paying the bills anymore. Our utility bills will probably be cheaper now that we have more efficient heating machines in place.

• PLUMBING BILL - That will be a big one to pay for the aforementioned frozen/broken pipe that we swam through recently. But we have a nice plumber to take care of it, with more stories to tell.

• A CEILING CAVED IN - Yes that's what we said. It happened some months ago, but I was all focussed on the heaters, so now I can tell you about the ceiling in the Carriage House living room that suddenly found itself on the floor in many pieces. It's sheetrock and we're thinking some squirrles got up there and did a happy dance that brought it down. Anyways, it's time to have a ceiling put up there again to cover the great view of the attic. We bagged nearly 30 trash bags of insulation that we'd like to re-home back up there.

• Creating the New "COLORADO SETH CONFERENCE" MUSEUM &

LEARNING CENTER - Dedicated to Jim Gilbert

We'll need bookcases, display cases, and tech equipment for playback of audio/video recordings of decades of Seth lectures. We need to create a great space to enjoy the conferences and the interesting collection that Jim gave to us. Thanks Jim. People will also be thriilled by the other kind donations that so many other Seth Readers have given to the house. An amazing collection is developing here to be loved by countless visitors from all over the earth... and who knows where else?

Big Dreams are Brewing!

We've worked so hard for 8 years on the interior of the 2 buildings and our recently planted gardens.

This coming year it's time to work on the exterior of the main building. Here's a close-up of how bad it looks. Send a little love, and a lot of paint and reconstruction materials.
