Setting 5 Goals For A Game- Changing Year

When considering resolutions to improve upon last year's self, take a moment to figure out the best ways to set goals so that you can succeed!
Be realistic.
For example: If you are currently eating beef 3x/day and your favorite recipes all include sausage, then you may not want to vow to become a raw vegan for the year. Consider something like trying to go vegan for one week, or, maybe commit to 3 meatless meals per week for 1 month.
Set measurable goals so that you know whether or not you have achieved them.
For example: instead of "I am going to eat healthier," try, "I will not eat anything with added sugar for 3 weeks."
