How?
You will be prompted by Microsoft to provide additional information for security purposes.

Select Authenticator App as the first sign-in method - Download and Setup the Microsoft Authenticator App from the android or apple store

Note the app will ask you to sign into a Microsoft account (do not sign in), Select Scan QR Code
- Setup your mobile phone number and a secondary sign-in method
